On February 9 I order something from New York City - it was shipped UPS. Now we had a blizzard; however, two days in a row, UPS had this item on their truck and have both days failed to deliver it. When I called the 800 number (customer service - if that is what you can call it) they continue to "promise" that the package will be delivered tomorrow. Have contacted the vendor for a full refund for this shipment.
Do not ship with UPS - pay the extra and get either Fedex or even the USPS to bring your things to you. UPS is absolutely useless and they really do not care about Customer Service whatsoever.
So sad. They used to be reliable. Now, they're just plain out wrong!
