My 2007 Toyota truck was towed to USA Auto Collision Center on 5/24. After going to this business and signing for my truck to be released to my AllState Insurance USa Collision would still not release my truck, saying I had refused to sign papers. I had a copy of the paper I had signed, but USA kept saying I did not sign the paper properly. They took a copy of my driver license and my insurance, but would still not release my truck. My husband and I made a another trip to USA by taxi and USA would not allow me to the back of their storage units. Saying only one person was allowed and I was not the owner. USA Collision was basically holding my truck to increase their fees for storage. No matter who contacted them. My insurance company, the business who was to repair my truck, or the towing service sent to pick up my truck they would not release it. I contacted the Better Business Bureau in Houston and USA Collision has had at least 6 complaints because of this practice. Please notify me to your findings in this matter. Thank you, Monty Schau
