Transaction clearing
Charged my ATT Phone bill $14.95 per month about a yea

I discovered a charge on my phone bill last month that said Transaction Clearing for $14.95. I called the 1-877-257-2455 # associated with that number. I asked what this was for, and was given a non descriptive answer, and was told they would reverse the charge and not charge me any more. I got my next phone bill and the charge for $14.95 is still there. Tried to call them, but no answer. Will call again tomorrow.
