Spallco Rentals refuses to honor Collision Damage Waivers that they sell

I rented a box truck from Spallco in August for the purpose of moving. I purchased a Collision Damage Waiver for the price of $14.99 per day. While I was driving the truck was involved in a collision.

Spallco voided the CDW because the troopers report differed from my account of the accident. They charged my credit card for the cost of the damage and loss of service of the truck.

I obtained sworn affadavits from the other driver and my passenger that corroberated my account of the accident, but Spallco refused to honor the CDW that they sold.
