It seems that the only service you can count on is MIT taking your money. MIT service is the worst that I have ever experienced. Forget downloading files and go make some coffee or take a walk while waiting for a page to open. The guy at the service desk barely speaks english and the boss always seems to be away for a week, come back then. WHATEVER! Some may say to consider where we are and be glad to have any internet but I disagree. If a company sells a product, it should work where it is being sold. Maybe if they invested a little of the money that the customer pays them into equipment that worked they wouldn't have so many pissed off customers.
