Complaint Description: Placed an order on December 30, as of today February 15 the order has not been received. Business owner does not answer attempts to contact. Placed order on www.nalagrace.com for multiple hair pieces on December 30. Paid with a Visa credit card online. Received a confirmation of purchase email immediately after purchase. Order number xxxxxxxx. I emailed both [email protected] & [email protected] on February 4 inquiring about the status of my order. No response received. Emailed again, as well as filling out a "contact us" direct email on the nalagrace.com website on February 14. No response. Business website has no contact information, no phone number or location to write to. I had to research on the internet for business location via domain registration. Order status as of today reads "on order".
Do not buy from nalagrace.com - it is a scam and the product will never come.
