On October 28th I preordered 3 sets of Funko Star Wars earbuds. On Dec 27th I sent an email requesting to cancel the order because I had not received it yet. I did not get any response so I called on Feb 8th, the number on the website and spoke with whom I think was Michele the owner of the website listed in WHOIS database. I told her I would like a refund and she stated that the earbuds were going to be available this month but I declined to wait any longer and she agreed to refund my money. I waited a few days and checked my credit card but there was no credit so I sent another email Feb 11th through Google checkout and never got a response. Today Feb 12th I filed a complaint with the BBB and sent another email through Google checkout and copied the email address listed on the website. All I want is a refund - do the right thing and give me my money back.
