1800Flowers lied to me!

On May 8th I requested plants for Our Mom from 1800Flowers. These were said to be shipped 24 hours later (May 9th), nicely over time for Mom's Evening that was May 13. On May 16th, I acquired as phone from my Mother. SHE NEVER RECEIVED THE PLANTS!

I called 1800Flowers that night. After fighting together for all moments, a lastly camera on and guaranteed TO PROVIDE THE FLOWERS AND PROVIDE A FULL REFUND.

I never received notice of the shipping, and that I never noticed my banking account acknowledged something. I named my Mom to discover they ultimately were shipped on Sunday (TEN DAYS OVERDUE, AND SIX DAYS PAST MOTHERS DAY).

I called 1800Flowers nowadays (MAY 22nd) to discover what occurred to my reimbursement, as was informed they never refund the entire quantity when the blossoms are fundamentally shipped. They stated they had nothing within the records about this.
