I purchased plants for Mom's Time shipping —paid additional to possess them delivered on Sunday. Sunday morning I acquired an application e-mail stating they couldnt match the purchase but might provide them Friday or Wednesday. I called instantly and was informed I'd obtain a free update about the arrangement plus a partial reimbursement. They stated they'd contact my mom and apologize. To put it simply, none of the actually occurred. No reimbursement, no blossoms were actually shipped. Personally I think so bad that my mother got nothing on Mom's Evening. I used the whole week this week looking to get to Proflowers to obtain my money-back — the main one issues they did do was cost my charge card. After being on-hold for atleast 20 mins every time I named, I had been informed they couldnt do something till they spoke for the florist. Lastly on Friday a person support representative stated they'd provide me a return. I'venot noticed the cash however. The client support, the follow-through is terrible at ProFlowers. Why is me many upset is the fact that my mom never got her plants.
