I originally made a claim on a Sofa and Love seat, on a warranty serviced by Stainsafe Inc., that I purchased through Haynes furniture in Virginia Beach, Virginia. My original claim was made in the first part of January. The tech, dispatched by Stainsafe, came to the house, effected the repairs, and was on his way. About a week later, the repair he made to the sofa (seem) came loose.
So, I called Stainsafe on or about the 15th of January. I have not gotten a response ever since. I have called Stainsafe on several occasions, and repeatedly made follow-up calls on the SECOND (repaired seems coming loose) claim, and have not been given the decency of a response. I have talked to a gentleman by the name of Alfredo at Stainsafe, who assured me that he would return my call, of course he never did (this particular call was call number 14 or 15, I lost count). At one point, I was given the number of the repairman, but he too ignored my repeated calls and messages. I strongly suggest that you (Stainsafe Inc.) screen repairman a little thoroughly in customer service procedures and professionalism and if they fail to meet professional guidelines, FIRE THEM.
