My 3 year old had spilled nail polish on my couch cushion and stainsafe has told me (or I should say thier sub-contractor) that my policy does not cover normal wear. Can someone please explain to me how that is considered normal wear? And another thing that raises an eyebrow is, as a sub contractor you get paid for your work, why would a stainsafe sub contractor deny a claim? Wouldnt they be losing income? Especially a valid claim? Unless of course the sub contractor gets a nod of approval for saving stainsafe money.
Who knows, anyway, everyone that I know who either has or will be purchasing furniture where a stainsafe warranty is offered has been told by me not to deal with the stress, save your money and use it to hire an honest upholstry cleaning outfit.
