I purcahsed some furniture in 2003 with a warranty with stainsafe. That was my biggest mistake. I have made over 12 reports with stainsafe.

Stainsafe is often saying that the issue is not covered by stainsafe but I see it in the warranty. We their people come to correct the problem they half do the job.

Stainsafe operator act as though you are rippen them off when you make the report. You spend more money sending them your warranty then you did on the warranty.

My next stop is a lawsuit and the will be out of more then what I paid for my furniture.
