Using the number I had on my statement and at several other numbers appearing in others' usacomplaints.com, I called to get a refund since I had just canceled the magazine for the second time. The automated voice picked up at each number and clearly could not help me. It accepted cancel and even reported that my cancellation was rfecorded on 1/3/04, but then I had no way of disputing the new charge. This company also asked for my credit card no., which I stupidly gave them on the first call. The woman's voice said they had no record of it, which only told me the co. DID NOW!
Where is the headquarters? I want to give them a thrashing!
