I went to Hollister today (Belfast) (01/09) and was very disappointed at the customer service I recieved. After selecting the clothes I wanted to purchace, I stood at the tills to pay for them. I didnt realise that I was queuing at the wrong end of the tills. There were no other customers there so it shouldnt have made much difference. There were five staff members on the tills who completely ignored me and when other customers came, served them first! Not one staff member made me aware I was in the wrong position and continued serving people untill I realised that I was on the wrong side of the tills and had to join the back of the queue which I should have been in front of. Very bad customer service.
