Went to Hollister Sherway Gardens, Canada.
Clerk didn't remove security tags from several pieces of my clothing.
We had to drive an hour back to the store to have them removed. They tried to make us stand in line again to have the tags removed.
They could have offered something for the additional time we had to waste.
- Computer didn't do the mark downs properly.
- The music is so loud the staff and customers cannot communicate with each other
- The perfume was so strong in the store you could taste it
- The lines are too long, when there are plenty of staff available
- It is so dark the staff can't do their job
- No cell phone reception while in the store but full reception in the mall
Hollister management could do a better job of training their staff, providing customer service and improving the environment.
It will be a long time before I shop at Hollister again.
