When I was in Hollister school shopping with my 3 kids, we found a shirt that was priced too high for our budget, in the back of the store we found the same style and settled for our 2nd favorite colors/pattern at a lower price so we could get a couple of them. When I got home I realized that the receipt didn't reflect the $9.50 off on both shirts and when I called the store the manager stated that it might have been a case of the wrong shirts grouped in the wrong place and they can't give credits over the phone to make it right. I live more than an hour away from the store so it's not an option for me to go back the store to receive a correction. This is the first complaint I have ever written in hopes that in the name of good customer service you'll find a resolution so that this family of 5 that loves Hollister as customers. We'll look forward to hearing from you.
