Have used this company a few times. They never arrive on time for estimates or to actually do the work. Cannot keep reliable employees.
I had bi-fold doors installed by this company over a year ago. One of the doors came off-track the first time I opened it. I called Shane several times to have him fix it. He has never shown up. I've been very patient with him. He apologizes all over the place, but apparently doesn't mean it.
I called over several months, trying to get the door fixed. First, he was sick. I had to call to reschedule. Second, he called a few days later to reschedule, but he didn't show up. I called again to reschedule. Third, he didn't show and didn't call. I gave up.
