Security door installed in spring of 2008 has been leaking for two years. Repeated calls to address the issue have not resulted in fixing the leaks. I have scheduled appointments twice with Atoka Security Doors for them to come out and fix the leaking door with no show results in which I did not even get a phone call to advise that they would not be keeping the appointment or attempting to reschedule. When I brought this to Sherry's attention, she requested that I call them to remind them of the appointment the day of the scheduled appointment. Funny how this was not required when the door was being installed. Atoka Security Doors has been out three times to fix the leak and adjust the door since the original installation (last visiit was in Sept. 2010). I noticed the door was leaking worse than before when it rained in Dec. 2010. I called Atoka Security Doors back to report the problem approx. Dec. 8 & advised that I needed the issue resolved as the on going leaking for two years is causing damage to my floor. She responded that she would have her husband (I believe his name is Gary) who installed the door call me back later that night when he got in. I still have not received a call back and today is Dec. 15. No surprise there as it took me at least 8 phone calls to get them out to adjust the door and fix the leak this past September. When the door was installed I was advised that they would come out and adjust the door as many times as necessary, however I can't seem to get them to come out to stop the leaking which is destroying my floor, without multiple phone calls.
