Axiology in Lincoln Park
Nu U, also Axiology in Schamburg took my money, showed up for an appointment and doors were locked, never returned any phone calls

I called Axiology Nu U in Lincoln Park chicago, first I got a person that was not in Chicago and they scheduled the appointment. I went, they told me no nurse was in to do the procedure, botox, so I would have to reschedule.

I rescheduled and they called one hour before and canceled the appointment, claiming they did not have a nurse to do the botox, she was sick. They said they would call and reschedule, but never called. I called the next week and they said it would be 2 more weeks before they could get a nurse, keep in mind this procedure requires a medical license of an md, not a nurse, so this is done apparently under someones' license. I scheduled, showed for the appointment and the doors were locked.

I called left a message and no one called back. I called again and asked for credit and they said they sent the information to the accounting office in Las Vegas. I called again the next week and they gave to a person they called the bookkeeper and of course he did not answer or return the call.

This is a very bad place and people and who ever this doctor is should have his license revoked. I intend to find out who he is as it is public information. Do not go beware!!! 1
