Never shipped, never refunded

I made a purchase on 12/14 and they still have not shipped my order.
I have requested an update to when I can expect my purchase. It went unanswered.
I wrote again. No answer.
I wrote again asking for a refund. No answer.
I wrote again demanding my money back.

Do not give your money to these crooks.

Their products are pricey and not competitive.
