I do not understand how Verizon can charge customers for local calls not in your area, if they can not provide proof of the numbers the customers are calling.
I called and emailed Verizon several times about local calls not in my calling area. All they said was "check your phone book to see the listing that are not in your local calling area."
What help is that??? It only list the first three numbers. I want prove. Tell me the numbers I am calling. I am tired of getting charged an additional $12.00 a month.
Is Verizon making these calls up? Give me some type of proof Verizon?
Yes I switched to Metropolitan plan! But I wonder what other hidden or unproven charges Verizon can come up with? They are about to loss a customer
People look over your bills very carefully!!!
