I bought an lg620g phone thru straight talks web sight it gets 2 me just fine i try 2 transfer my number and this is where my problem starts the sim cards no good they have 2 send me a new one ok fine new one comes in i cant use my phone it dont work in my area they could have said something on there web site b4 i paid 4 my phone or even when i 1st tried 2 activate it then none of there employees speak good english so i couldnt understand anything they were saying to me they want 2 send me a replacement phone that does not have the features i paid for on my lg620g that is no good 2 me i cant use it in my area they truely dont care bout there coustomers i feel they should red flag ur zip code if a phones not going 2 work 4 that area so people like myself dont spend money on something we cant use there reps need 2 speak more fluant english so they can be understood i had 2 repeat myself 5 or 6 times b4 geting mad i spent 2 hrs on the phone an nothing got done i feel im out 55 dollars an a phone: (
