Phone Reactivation Failed, Representatives Hard To Understand

I purchased a phone from Wal Mart and it was one of the Straight Talk phones, well I let it go out of service and I tried to reactivate it and I can't hear a word the representatives speak cause they don't know freaking English and they don't help you at all I have had my phone for weeks now and currently still unable to use it
