We found a home that met our needs in Mansfield. The listing agent miscommunicated several facts to the owners. She also made significant and material errors in the MLS listing and failed to correct her errors after being advised. Finally, when given an opportunity to do the right thing and accept responsibility, she refused. Jennifer forced the cobroking agent to pay for her personal errors. This was unprofessional and showed a complete and utter lack of responsibility. Jennifer had charged the owners an above market commission rate and insisted on the owners paying the full 6% commission.
The miscommunications caused by Jennifer resulted in stress for all parties involved. We feel that Jennifer took advantage of the situation and us. Real estate buyers and sellers have a choice in the very competitive real estate field. I strongly recommend that you DO NOT list or buy real estate through Jennifer Nodwell.
