I was recently involved in a real estate transaction where Joe was the listing agent. After the inspection of the house we asked that the sellers make numerous repairs to the property which they agreed to do however did not complete and are now trying to not sign the release on the property. Joe personally lied about the retaining wall not being the seller's responsibility when in fact it was and he knew it was. Just wanted to make buyers and sellers aware of this unethical real estate agent and office.
Hopefully you will not have the misfortune of dealing with Joe as a complaint is being filed with the Real Estate Commission and he will likely not be licensed as a real agent in Maryland going forward.
