This company is a totally fraud. Please do not use them. One of my friends used their service and they took her money immediately and never wrote the essay.
They have no physical address and mostly same person answering the phone. The customer support has a lot of accent. The claimed to be based in NY, but actually they are in India. I cant understand a damn thing when they talked.
Be on the look out if you talk to these customer support name nordean, norma, james, and jenny.
Do not fall pray to them. They are 1000% scammer. I hope the company gets shut down by the bbb.
