Heidi was the bread winner and Jennifer was going to be the live in babysitter. According to Jennifer Heidi stop paying and took advantage of Jennifer's time and friendship. Jennifer's mistake was to move out, not notify the Landlord, and not pay attention to what was happing in the home she signed a contract to. Besides not paying rent, Heidi did damages in the building and moved with no notice. She turned the heat off in the winter and opened the windows.
Heidi did not appear in court, however Jennifer did. Jennifer aggreed they were responsible for the damages. Judgement was granted to us for $5,220.70 on 12/07. We belived Jennifer that the damages were mostly due to Heidi's actions so we made a deal with Jennifer that she would make some payments and sue Heidi for her portion. Jennifer made one small payment then never again.
