The workers at Jennifer Convertibles in New York City were nice people and assured us that everything will go perfectly-on time, no stress and all that good stuff. But we had to wait a whole 3 MONTHS when it was supposed to come in 2 weeks. Really Jennifer Convertibles? Really?
