Slow shipping

I recently ordered 2 DVD's from Walmart.com and although the site warns that shipment to the store could take 7 to 10 business days, I placed my order hoping that it wouldn't take that long; In spite of the fact that I ordered a t. V from them on Feb 1 and it arrived 8 business days later (I attributed most of this delay to bad weather here in Texas, although warehouse and store location in same state). So I was a lot more hopeful about the dvd's arrival time.

I have come to find out that now the site is taking 2-3 days to provide updated tracking of shipments. At the point of 7 business days in whch there hadn't been an update in the last 3 business days, I called the site and spoke with a rep. Upon speaking with the rep. She went on to explain that the 2 dvd's were coming from 2 different locations and one would arrive at the store via UPS. This was news to me. Later on that evening I looked back on the website and it had been updated that the shipment has been delayed. So here it is the 9th business day and no DVD's.

I am now suspicious that they never likely had one of the dvd's in stock and is now stalling the order. Furthermore, I've never experienced such slow shipping from other websites and certainly UPS delivery doesn't take 9 or business days to get an item to it's destination.

I am finished with Walmart.com and you too as buyers should beware.
