I had T-mobile service for over 4 years and left only because the coverage at
my house was sub par (not even 3G). Moved on to a provider that offers
4G. I live less than an hour from Washington DC and 1000ft from Interstate
66 and still have slow coverage. I waited for my contract to end to avoid
the unexpected extra fees. No such luck. T-mobiles final bill did not
include the corporate discount that I had been entitled to for every other bill
before that. I called Customer Service and was told that the discount was not
provided on final bills. Wow, T-mobile, way to treat your customers.in
short, even if T-Mobile (the fastest service in the country) does ever catch up
and offer high speeed service I will never return. Never. I have worked in
the customer service industry for over 20 years and have seen many ignorant
policies at many companies. This is just another example of a company that
cares more about the almighty dollar today than the customer. Never again
t-mobile.
