The mattress has Indentions of 2 1/2 on both sides of the bed

We bought the Spring Atmosphere Corsicana bed on December 11. On 2/14 we created a towards the JC Penney shop plus they have since delivered us a "guarantee box). We're awaiting an answer in the shop.
