The man is just a total idiot and can't keep in touch with you prefer person, I believe he's emotionally retarded and ill to his mind. Believe me don't purchase a dog from below if you don't wish to consult with a unprofessional operator who doesnt actually wish to have a puppy towards the vet and provides the pictures himself.
