My wife and I bought a new box spring and mattress from Sleep Doctor Mattress in Kalamazoo Mi. We were offered a replacement warranty so if anything happens to it in the next 10 years they would replace it free of charge. Yesterday my wife noticed the box spring was broken and we placed a call to the store. At first the manager Jesse didn't even want to look up our account. After finally talking him in to looking at our account he said there would be a $70 service call fee for them to come look at it. If it is determined to be a factory defect then we can do something, if not we would have to buy a new 1. So we have to pay $70 for them to look at it, if they do not see anything wrong then we have to buy a new 1. This was not told to us at time of purchase. My wife and I are going to buy a new box spring from Good Will. When it comes time for a new mattress we will be taking our business elsewhere. Be careful when you buy such things.
