T-Mobile decided to deduct a total of $153 dollars from my bank account 3 years after I ended my service with them. I contacted them and they acknowledged the error, but said I have to fax information to them before they do anything. I consider this simple fraud & theft and I am puzzled as to why I should have to do something to correct T-Mobile's problem.
Shows up on the bill as TMOBILE IVR PCS SVC...
