I have this Jefferson Capital Systems, LLc continues calling me and writeing me too resolve a debt issue that was suppose to have been solved couple years back with them also with Better Business Bureau checked into this and they were suppose to have resolved this by me reporting that it was used by someone other then myself the credit card that is and they would remove me off the debt..
Not sure what there doing but due to me not being the one that got the card and used it I do not feel obligated to have to pay this credit card debt back.
