Offered me a credit card if I payed off my debt. Saint Cloud Minnesota

I recieved an offer in the mail from Jefferson Capital Systems, LLC. They said if I payed off my debt of $2089.00 for an old credit card they would give me a credit card and then I tried to go to their website to see my current balance and I saw the reports of a ripoff and now I am wondering how to cancel the payments that they automatically take from me.
