American Residential Law Group is a complete Rip Off!
They were 100% confident that they could get me the mortgage relief I needed and reduce my mortgage by $500-$600 a month (I have the e-mail from them stating this if anyone wants to file a class action lawsuit against them.) I paid them $2050 and they did absolutely nothing to help me. I finally got tired of waiting and called my mortgage company myself to find out what was going on. They told me that I would have to miss a payment before they would look at my modification file. I learned from a later conversation with my mortgage company that because I have a FHA loan, I would have to miss three payments and risk foreclosure before they will consider modification. Why wasn't this disclosed to me by American Residential? I sought the help of American Residential to avoid foreclosure! It has been six months since I started the modification process with absolutely no progress. A few weeks ago I received a letter informing me that my case has been reassigned to the law firm of William Otoole and that he would he contacting me soon.
The only attorney I want to hear from is the one that starts a class action lawsuit against American Residential Law Group!
