The residential relief foundation took$1495 from us with the guarantee of a loan modification they sent a do it yourself binder that did not help at all! Each time i contacted them i was assured that my modification would be complete any day. I was also told at one point that it was not even neccesary to make my mortgage payments! Because of these people and their scam we are facing foreclosure unless we can pay our mortgage co. $14,000! This co. Should have to reimburse the money they scammed so many innocent people who were desperate and seeking help and trusted them!
