In September after receiving a referral from a local CPA I contacted Brandon Brotsky at American Residential Law Group for assistance with a modification, short sale or foreclosure of my residence. I was concerned with being scammed and only worked with this company because they were referred to me. After several phone conversations I requested an onsite meeting at their office before proceeding any further.
