I placed my order in October. My sister then placed an order in November, roughly two weeks after I placed mine. We emailed nalagrace the same day my sister placed her order and got no response. Tried emailing again and still no response. Finally got a response back in January stating that the company was under new ownership and a refund could be requested from 2checkout.com or paypal. I got my refund in February. My sister, however, will not get a refund or the stuff she ordered. When the orders were placed the website stated it could take up to 6 weeks for the items to ship, that was fine as long as we had them by Christmas. Christmas came and went and nothing.
Paypal has said that a dispute will be filed but not much will be done. The "new owner" informed me yesterday that the paypal account that the "previous owner" was using has nothing to do with nalagrace now, which means no refund. Owner also said that if we placed a new order the items will be shipped.
Why the owner thinks we would ever order from them is beyond me. This new owners also ignored our emails.
If you buy a business I would assume that you are then responsible for fulfilling orders, on their website it says that "We had a batch of orders returned to us & will be able to let you know if yours was included in that batch", it's funny that our orders were never found.
Never order from nalagrace.
