In November I ordered hairbows and headbands from nalagrace. The information was processed and paid for, I have the receipt generated by the company. The website said that the bows were handmade, and to expect 2- 7 days to ship. Sounded reasonable enough.
I have emailed this company 5 times. One time I received a response saying that my order would ship that week. That email was received on January 18. Still no bows and no more emails. There is no contact information on their website other than an email address.
I am very unhappy as to the fact that I ordered these bows in plenty of time for my March 1 delivery date. I was expecting to use these for pictures in the hospital and to bring my baby home in. This company has very poor customer service. I wish that I had done more research before ordering from them.
