I purchased a new band from Jared. I spent $8000.00 on this band to host my very valuable diamond. After just a few months two diamonds fell out of my band. I took the ring to Jared and they gave me a date of return of 10/17. This made me upset because it was 9/11 when I dropped it off, however I needed it fixed so I didn't complain. It is now 11/11 and no on at the store knows where my ring is. I was told after many many attempts to get an answer that it was sent oversees and that they don't know where and they don't know when it will be back. I am completely at a loss for words and don't know where to turn at this point.
