We've needed to contact Repair and fit-out five occasions today previously five weeks. The motorised door doesn't start after it's rained. And also the prior four-times Resolve and Match arrived to 'fix' the issue and whenever they recommend that there's another problem, the same issue still persits. And each time we've to cover whatever they substitute and frequently a call out charge. We've described this issue for them and talked our discontent using their support whenever we had call-out number 4. However, it dropped on deaf ears.
