I've Strong TV having a support agreement that states if my gear ought to be faulty or can't be fixed it'll be changed. I dropped callerid on-screen July 06 and was informed that it's a application issue I questioned if it was an issue on all there DVR HD devices I had been advised no. It's today 2 weeks without any quality. I am also experiencing on a single recipient the sound doesn't complement using the movie you observe lips going and doesn't sync to image. I had been advised to rewind the DVR and Forward the DVR to re-sync the sign occasionally it operates along with other occasions it doesn't. I talked to administrators and also the workplace of the leader and was informed it's an issue without any period of quality. I expected in order for them to substitute my DVR having a fresh one which my Support agreement must have coated and was recommended that they can not recognize it for that issues I'm experiencing. Personally I think that I'm being scammed by them-not repairing or changing my gear regardless of spending money on something agreement they WOn't recognition. I really hope you are able to assist me to obtain this resolved and reveal the corporation and attentive people who they'll not recognize there support agreements.
