In September I placed an order for supplies for my company. 31 days later it came and what i got was not what I ordered. Immediately i got on the phone and called Big lucky Deals on their hot line. The man on the phone instantly starts shouting at me telling me i got what i ordered. Long story short - they never allowed me to return the items for a refund. So naturally i filed a charge back with my credit cards. Now - its February. They are constantly harrassing me - and the man on the phone just told me 3 minutes ago - "I have your address. Something could happen" which i am taking as a threat. If he wanted to deal with this back in October - everything would have been fabulous on my end. But they ignored me and thought i would just eat the loss. But i am smarter than that. And now they are being rediculous. Threatening me and calling me a theif. Do not do business with these crooks!
