Today I had a sales associate in Famos Footwear, Tawne, roll her eyes at me and slam my shoe boxes down RIGHT IN FRONT OF HER MANAGER KAY, who seemed to be ignoring the whole thing. I can not believe that the management would allow such an act. I know Tawne is young and they were busy, but SERIOUSLY!!! Where has customer service gone in this century??? I will no longer be giving them my family's business.
