Zips dry cleaning damaged pants in cleaning process. Cleaner claims that damage can be fixed by steaming and repressing but dry cleaner claims they have no steam machine. I asked for money to have the pants taken to another cleaner to get them fixed. When that was declined I asked for money to replace pants. Pants were worth $50. This was also declined. I did not even receive the money I paid ZIPS to clean and press the pants. Manager was not at all apologetic. She blamed it on the material of the pants. Which is a regular material pants are made of. Then she blamed it on the fact that they are an assembly. I did receive the service I purchased - the pants were cleaned but were damaged in the process. I would try to steam them myself but cannot press them. Also I do not know how my hand held steamer will react to dry cleaning chemical.
