Too little too late

My son requested a delivery date of Fri before mother's day flowers receivfed 6:15 p. On mother's day substandard tulips horrible arrangement returned flowers to florist the next day requesting compensation no satisfaction as a matter of fact quite arrognant will never deal with this florist again
