The name of the florist in my previous complaint was America's Beautiful Florist in Rockville, MD. Judging from the teleflora website, David makes a practice of trashing Teleflora.
He called my daughter and opened the conversation with 'there will be no refund' and then proceeded to scream at her. Why would Teleflora use a florist such as America's Beautiful Florist?
Shame on both of them!!
