Ordered a top of line arrangement of flowers and recieved wilted subsitition. Called FTD, requested a refund. FTD called the florist, the florist called me to replace the flowers. Not interested. FTD quarantees satisfaction and quaruanies 7 days on the flowers. Wrong and lesser value arangement of flowers that are wilting after one day. Local florist pockets money. It ain't right! Waiting for FTD to refund in full.
